Great concept ads for London 2012 Olympics:

Billie Jean is not my lover

Great project called White Glove Tracking that has asked users to isolate the coordinates of Michael Jackson’s white glove in all 10,060 frames of a nationally televised version of Billie Jean he once performed. Sounds strange, but having mapped out all of the coordinates, users are able to create their own visualations based on the data.

Example 1: Michael Jackson performing Billie Jean with a ridiculously over-sized white glove:

Well executed concept from Colenso BBDO for the NZ Book Council: Read at Work. A simulation of a Windows XP interface with book content embedded in various PowerPoint slides, letting people read at work without getting caught.

Innocent pleasures

Couple of nice finds on the Innocent Drinks Blog

Contact juggling:

Keeping it local:

Around the corner from the Innocent offices is a pub that displays a blackboard.

Everyday, they write up a different street name in the local area on their blackboard and if you can prove you live on that street, you get a free drink on the house.

Simple as that.

It’s a small but charming way of making people feel part of a community and a great excuse to get to know the neighbours and have a bit of a knees up.
