I’m waiting to go to the Sydney Rd festival, which is about 500 metres from my house. Sydney Rd is a great place - so many nationalities represented, unique bars and cafes. The whole street shuts down for music, food and lots of people. Theres tonnes of these street parties up this end of Melbourne and I love it. It should happen more often. Embracing culture, enjoying your Sunday, forgetting about work, frustrating car owners. All good.
I’m heavily into bikes. I’ve been riding to work every day, at least an hour and a half’s ride each day. 10 hours minimum a week. Excercise can be a pain, but it makes you feel so good, it’s an addiction, I like riding past cars stuck in traffic. Getting into yoga as well. Focussing on the energy within and the energy of nature. Powerful.
We want to live in Rio. In 4 years time. Cidade Magnifica. Sunsets on Ipanema, amazing people, I can’t stop thinking about it. One day. 1200 days.
We’re growing vegetables and herbs. Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Peppers, Chillis, Mint, Rosemary, Basil, Coriander. I took a picture to show you, one day.
More opportunities to communicate with people across the world. Less time to do it. The digital conundrum.
Time to be bold, time to revolutionise, time to take control, time to stop being held back by myself. Time to stop dieing.
I need a change.
Hello.

So… I left my home in London.
Strange feelings on my last morning. I woke early and walked to Victoria Park, football in hand.
I started to feel really nostalgic. Wandering around the perimeter of the park, thoughts everywhere, I started thinking back to the start of the journey - November 2004 in Thailand. I can remember everything so clearly, like it’s only been a few months since I was there.
European travels, experiences with new friends, working professionally for the first time, ending relationships, beginning new ones, exposing myself to inspiring new cultures. I underestimate what i’ve been through.
Great memories. People who i’ve met and will never forget. Experiences that have forever shaped me as a person. I’ve enjoyed the journey, thanks for being a part of it.
